Lean is soundly established between two pillars that allow people to improve: Just-in-Time and Jidoka. Jidoka loosely means stop errors as they are discovered.
To this day most companies I come across call themselves Lean; however, email occupies up to one third of their day, and that time is spent in direct opposition to the Lean philosophy. Over 50% of the time employees currently spend managing their inbox, is clearly wasted time. Of course you can’t really see that until you’ve taken this training.
It’s time for everyone to stop passing vague and meaningless emails to one another. Get everyone trained in LeanMail and enjoy this new standard for Lean communication. It has personally helped me reduce my email management time by 50%, and has made me a much better communicator.
